Golden Rod Championship Qualifier No19, Hallcroft Fishery, Saturday 19th February 2022

(Re scheduled from Saturday 22^nd January 2022)

A full 60 peg entrée for the re-scheduled Hallcroft qualifier. Conditions on the day were highs of just 6C with heavy rain and strong winds.

Winner today and progressing to the March Grand final was Mark Storey from peg 6 on the Bridge Outer Lake.
Mark fished a method feeder long with waffter hook baits landing an all carp catch that scaled in at 62-6-0.

Second placed Simon Fry (Garbolino) was unluck not to make the final.
Simon drew peg 53 on the Bridge Outer, which was the same zone as the overall winner. Simon fished the method feeder with waffters, weighing in 50-9-0 of quality carp.

Third overall was Alan Gilding who drew peg 11 on the Moat Outer Pool.
Alan fished the method feeder and waffters landing an all carp catch that weighed in at 38-2-0, earning a place in the March Final.

Fourth placed Cris Pavlou  drew peg 14 on the Moat Outer and fished the method feeder with yellow waffters landing an all carp catch that weighed in at 26-4-0.

Fifth to the frame was Mac Duke from peg 11 on the Moat Outer.
Mac progresses to the Grand Final with a weight of 18-3-0 all caught on the Method feeder and waffter hook baits.
