Golden Rod Feeder Championship Qualifier No 6 Decoy Lakes Saturday 6th November 2021

A full sell out for this latest qualifier. Temperatures today were just 12C with a cold wind and overcast.

Winner today and progressing to the March Grand Final was Simon Skelton from peg 13 on the Yew Lake.
Simon fished a method feeder long and tight down his edge with waffter hook baits bagging an all carp catch that weighed in at 124-9-0. Simon was 14lbs clear of his nearest rival.

In second place overall was Stephan Pal from peg 15 on the Yew Lake.
Stephan weighed in 106-10-0 of carp all caught on the method feeder with waffter and pellet hook baits.

Third in the frame was Wayne Shepherd from peg 5 on the Horseshoe Lake.
Method feeder loaded with micro pellet and waffter hook baits produced an all carp catch weighing in 83-10-0 and a place in the March Final.

Fourth placed Rob Burgin also makes the Grand Final with 83-5-0 of carp all caught on the method feeder fished long and short with various waffter hook baits from peg 4 on Cedar.

Fifth overall was Craig Whittaker from peg 10 on the Yew Lake.
Craig weighed in 75-5-0 of carp all caught on the method feeder fished short and long with waffter hook baits.
