Golden Rod Feeder Championship Qualifier No20, Larford Lakes 4th March 2023

Again a complete sell out for qualifier No 20, fished on both the Match and Specimen Lakes.
Conditions today were not favourable with highs of just 5°C and a stiff north wind.

Winner today and progressing to the March Final was Trevor Mold from peg 40 on the Specimen Chalet bank.
Trevor fished a hybrid feeder long and short with waffter hook baits weighing in an impressive 173-0-0 of specimen carp and a few decent bream.

In second place was Dave Burley from peg 2 on the Specimen Lake.
Dave weighed in 149-11-0 of big carp all caught on a hybrid feeder fished both long and short with various waffter hook baits.

Third to the frame was Fabian Arpad from peg 3 on the Specimen Burr with 120-13-0, all caught on the hybrid feeder and waffters. Fabian landed some big carp and bream.

Fourth overall was Atilla Oherim from peg 5 on the Specimen Lake with 101-10-0, all to the method feeder with waffters.
Atilla weighed in some fabulous carp and decent bream.

Fifth placed George Kirk drew peg 10 on the Match Lake and fished the hybrid feeder and waffters, weighing in 93-5-0 of carp and F1’s, also grabbing a place in the March Grand Final.
