Golden Rod Feeder Championship Qualifier No4 Boddington Reservoir Saturday 2nd November 2019

Again, a complete sellout of 60 pegs for the 4^th qualifier of the campaign.
Conditions today were far from ideal with driving rain and highs of around 13C.
The reservoir was full to capacity so most of the field opted to cast long with the method feeder and waffter hook baits.

On the main, most sections were won with between 70-80lbs of carp and just one fish separated most 10 peg sections.

Winner today was Steve Palmer who drew peg 1 on the sailing club bank.
Fishing at around 60m, Steve cast the method feeder with waffter hook baits to land an all carp catch that tipped the scales at 81-2-0 and progresses to the March Grand Final.

Second overall was Steve Beard who drew peg 96 on the bird sanctuary bank.
His approach was also the method feeder fished at distance rewarding him with an all carp catch of 80-8-0 and he progresses to the March final.

Third placed Rob Upex drew peg 72 casting a method feeder 60yds with various waffter hook baits.
Rob landed 74-8-0 of prime carp.

Fourth to the frame was Rob Wooton (Dynamite) from peg 103.
Rob also cast long at around 60m with waffter hook baits to land an all carp catch weighing in 74-4-0.

Fifth overall was Adam Rooney (Guru), who weighed in 71-12-0 from peg 101.
Adam fished  long with the method feeder and waffter hook baits.
