Due to the Low number at the Moorlands qualifier, only two finalists went through to the Grand Final.
To compensate for this and re-instate the correct numbers, a qualifier of one zone (zone of 20 anglers) was fished at Larford.

Winner of this qualifier was Max Higgott, who drew peg 16 on the Chalet bank.
Max fished long landing some big carp to the hybrid feeder and waffter hook baits, weighing in 54.3.0 to win the match and qualify for the March final

Second on the day was Ray Lamb who drew peg 4 on the day, which was the willow bush.
Ray only found one small F1 but netted a superb bag of bream all caught on the feeder fished short and at distance, weighing in 47-14-0

Third was Welsh rod, John Harvey who drew peg 6 and caught a single carp around 10lbs, but backed this up with a fine bag of bream to weigh in 36-8-0 to an open end feeder at around 30m.

Fourth placed Ashley Dixon who drew peg 15, weighing in 28-10-0

Fifth placed Andy Grimes weighed in 23-4-0 of bream from peg 15.
