Golden Rod Feeder Championship Qualifier No 4 Lindholme Lakes, Sunday 18th October 2020

A full entry of 60 anglers booked tickets for this latest qualifier with just 3 no shows on the day.
Conditions were not so good with highs of just 12C, a cold breeze and overcast.

Winner today on a difficult day, was Golden Reel Champion, Tony Coates (Matrix Halifax) who drew peg 56 on the Bonsai Lake.
Tony fished a simple match, presenting popped up bread on a small maggot feeder, landing 60-11-0 of carp and F1’s.
Tony progresses to another Larford Lakes final in March 2021.

Second overall was Richard Vaughan (New fish, Sonu Baits) from peg 18 on Loco.
Rich fished the hybrid feeder with waffter and feeder and popped up bread, recording a weight of 58-8-0 and a place in the March Final.

Third to the frame was Justin Iveson from peg 20 on the Loco Lake.
Justin fished with a feeder and waffter plus popped up bread to record 43-15-0 at the scales.

Fourth overall was Kev Wadge from peg 40 on the Loco Lake with 42-5-0 of carp and F1’s, all caught on a hybrid feeder and waffters.

Fifth in the frame was Charlie Simpson from Peg 68 on the Bonsai Lake with 39-9-0, all caught on the method feeder and waffters.
