Golden Rod Feeder Championship Qualifier No 8, Lindholme Fishery, Sunday 13th November 2022

Again, a full 60 angler turnout for this latest qualifier.
Big change in conditions with a cool 13C and dull overcast skies with a stiff breeze.

Winner today was Les Marshall from peg 68 on Bonsai.
Les fished a hybrid feeder with waffters long and down his edges weighing in 90-5-0 and rewarded with a grand finalist spot.

Second overall was Stuart Fotheringham from peg 53 on Benny’s. Stuart weighed on 82-6-0 all to the hybrid feeder fished long and short with waffter hook baits.
Stuart also progresses to the March Final.

Third placed Matt Pillay was very unlucky not to qualify for the final with 80-11-0, 2.5lbs short of a qualification placing.
Matt drew peg 3 on Benny’s ending up 2^nd in his zone. Matt fished the hybrid feeder and waffter hook baits.

Fourth to the frame was Tom Pickering from peg 24 on Bonsai with 73-15-0 all to the hybrid feeder and waffter hook baits.

Fifth overall was John Marshall from peg 22 on Loco.
John fished long and down his edges with the hybrid feeder and waffters, weighing in 64-15-0 and securing a place in the March Final.
