Golden Rod Feeder Championship Qualifier No9, Meadowlands Fishery, Saturday 26th November 2022

A full sell out for this latest qualifier. Conditions today being a dull overcast day in general with highs of around 12C and a stiff breeze.
The lakes had suffered in the week with cold days and a big influx of rain water.

Winner of the match today, and progressing to the Grand Final was Zac Williams, who drew peg 10 on Warren Lake.
Zac fished the hybrid feeder with waffter and pellets landing an all carp catch that scaled in at 69-8-0.

Second on the day was Gaz Donaldson from peg 27 on Lambsdown.
Gaz fished the hybrid feeder with waffters fishing long and weighing in 52-10-0 of carp and securing his place in the March Final.

Third to the frame was Phil Canning from peg 26 on Lambsdown.
Phil fished the hybrid feeder long with waffter hook baits weighing in 51-12-0, 14oz short of a qualification placing.

Fourth placed Jason White used his ticket today as a normal open match, having previously qualified at Decoy Lake on Saturday November 5th.
Jason weighed in a level 50lbs from peg 46 on Lambsdown and would have qualified today so the zone win was passed down to Peter Harris on peg 54 on Lambsdown.

Fifth placed Peter Harris drew peg 54 on Lambsdown and fished the hybrid long with waffters, weighing in 49-0-0 to secure the zone win and a place in the final.
